The Cotswolds stretches from Broadway and Chipping Campden in the north to the magnificent World Heritage City of Bath on the southern fringes. The peripheries of the region include Shakespeare's Stratford upon Avon, Warwick Castle, Oxford and Winston Churchill's childhood home, Blenheim Palace.
Designated as an Area of Outstanding Beauty, the largest in the country, the Cotswolds epitomises quintessential English appeal. It combines chocolate box charm with attractive Cotswold stone properties. The Cotswolds really does have something for everyone - see our Local Area page and 'like' our Facebook page for more ideas of places to visit and things to do plus special offers
We offer five luxury 3 or 4 bedroom holiday homes, situated on the Cotswold Water Park in the Cotswolds. The lodges overlook gorgeous lakes and each has a fully enclosed decking area, each with a hot tub and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating for both dining and relaxing. Both estates are gated with security 24 hours. Both lakes enable boating/kayaking/paddleboarding and fishing with free access.
The lodges have 3 or 4 bedrooms and sleep up to 6 or 8 people, some with 2 king size beds and 2 single beds (or 3 kingsize), some with the ability to be kingsize or twin bedrooms. The four homes on Waters Edge each have a downstairs bedroom/ensuite wet room and all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
Cotswold Water Park is a wonderful place to stay for a holiday or short break and is easily accessible from most of the UK. There are over 140 different lakes over 40 square miles and whether you want to walk in the open countryside, cycle, fish, jet ski, learn to sail or canoe, there are plenty of activities on the water park to keep people of all ages occupied.
If you like to visit places of interest, London, Oxford, Bath, Cheltenham or one of the many pretty cotswold villages, are not that far away. The Roman capital of the Cotswolds, Cirencester is only 4 miles away and Swindon is only 10 minutes drive away with many large shops and a McArthur Glen Outlet Village.
Alternatively, if you just want to relax in the hot tub with a glass of wine enjoying the view of the lake or the night stars, the choice is yours.
Due to the estates being a family friendly environment, we apologise but we are unable to accept hen or stag parties.
